FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is your minimum for spend?

Minimum order business hours $400, Minimum order Saturday $700, Minimum order Sunday $950

How much are staff charges?

Chef’s are $88.00 per hr flat rate for a minimum of 4 hrs

Waitstaff/Kitchen hands are $66.00 per hr flat rate for a minimum of 4hrs

Cocktail bar tenders are $77.00 per hr flat rate minimum 4 hrs

Booking on public holidays are subject to penalty rates

Do you offer hire?

Yes we do. We can organise all hire requirements.

Do you require the use of our home kitchen if event is held at a private residence?

Yes we do. Unless you wish to us to operate outside of the venue on hire will be charge for satellite kitchen set up.

Do you offer interactive food stations for events?

Yes we do on a customised basis. Please enquire directly with us and we can customise any event to make it special.

Do you supply alcohol packages?

No we don’t at this stage but we are working on having this in the future. We do suggest that you organise the beverages yourself and we can supply RSA staff to set up and serve.

Do you offer customised menus?

Yes we do! Carla loves writing them and tailoring the menus to include favourite food and cuisines. She is highly versed in most cuisines.

Do you clean up after the catering?

Yes we do. We leave your kitchen clean and tidy when we depart. This includes dishes done and or dishwasher on.

Do you deliver?

Yes we deliver to most areas of Brisbane for a fee of $25 for Brisbane metro area and $50 for anything outside of 10km but under 60km. Please also make sure you check your address, date of order and contact phone number and name is correct when confirming catering. A fee will charged if these details are incorrect.

How much notice do you require for a corporate order?

We ask for 72hrs notice but would prefer as much notice as possible. We would hate to not be able to look after you.

When making payment do I have to pay in full or in part payments?

If you are booking an event/catering within 2 months of your date, payment is required in full upon receipt of invoice into account attached to the invoice. If your event is taking place 3+ months out a 50% deposit is required and invoice remainder will be required 1 month out from your event. All of these details will be outlined on your initial invoice. When payments are made please send remittance to carla@hypercater.com.au

Where can we find your term and conditions policy?

It will be attached to your quote and will be required to be signed when confirming your event with us. Keep in mind when confirming your event you are subject to our policy.
