Chef/Owner Carla Sullivan’s first food memory was trying olives at the age of five. She fell in love and they became a life long obsession. This opened her to wanting to trying everything that was put in front of her. Well-travelled in her youth thanks to her parents, she got to experience a lot of different cultures and cuisines that have made her the passionate chef she is today.
Carla started her professional career at 15 years of age training and honing her skills in the kitchens of Brisbane’s best restaurants and working under very well renown local and international chefs. Post qualifying as a classically trained chef, Carla also obtained her qualification as a pastry chef.
Over the last 20 years Carla has travelled the world and run the kitchens of top tier catering companies in both London and Brisbane, providing innovative and seasonal approach to all dining experiences.
This has also made her very well versed in a wide variety of cuisines. She has catered for high profile clientele from Royalty to Politicians I.e. Bill Clinton, John Howard, Kevin Rudd, The Paris Ballet, Jennifer Saunders, Lady Barbara Windsor, Greg Norman, Rodger Federer, musicians Andre Rieu, Rhianna, Beyonce just to name a few.
